The Play map gets a Fantasy spin!
The fifteenth edition of the Games Festival will also be an opportunity to see one of our long-held dreams come true.
Renowned artist and cartographer, Francesca Baerald, will create a magnificent fantasy map of PLAY.
Born and raised in Modena, Francesca is renowned for her contributions to books, video games, and role-playing games, such as Dungeons and Dragons, Magic: The Gathering, Gloomhaven, Warhammer, Warcraft, Diablo IV, Horizon Forbidden West, Game of Thrones, and many more.
Francesca’s daily tools include watercolour, ink, acrylic, and oil, which she will use to bring this new and exciting project to life.
Finally, Moongha will have a map worthy of its dungeon... Ahem, square!
